Our Mission

To promote the welfare of the community & support the economically sustainable & environmentally sound development of greater Simon’s Town (Glencairn Heights to Smitswinkel Bay
& Redhill)

Our vision for the greater Simon’s Town community

The STCA represents ratepayers and residents of the greater Simon’s Town area, providing specific focus on local issues.

Our goal is to improve and maintain the visual beauty of the area and we strive to ensure that infrastructure and facilities are kept in good order. We envision Simon’s Town and surrounds affording all its citizens the perfect balance of live, work and play.

In order to achieve our objectives, we continuously engage the various stakeholders in our area, including the Cape Town City Council, the South African Navy, the South African Parks Board, the Public Rail Agency of South Africa and local businesses.

We invite all community members to join the STCA – the more people we have on board, the louder our collective voice, and the more likely we are to be heard.
